Terms of use
Website use, limits of professional information and rights in PDFs, infographics and learning materials.
Using the website
The website presents Aïda Hamzi’s practice and psychomotor resources. Use it fairly, without intrusion, abusive extraction, bypassing quotas or sharing personal links. No account is needed. Browsing is not GDPR or cookie consent and does not place an order.
General information does not replace an individual assessment, diagnosis or medical advice. Professional users must adapt materials to the person’s needs and contraindications. The website is not an emergency service and an immediate reply is not guaranteed.
Original works and third-party content
The PDFs sold are Aïda Hamzi’s original creations; she holds copyright in her creations. The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable: keeping, printing and personal use or use in one’s own practice under article 9 of the French terms of sale. Redistribution, resale, digital sharing and public availability require permission. Uses expressly permitted by law remain allowed. Any incorporated third-party elements retain their own rights and licences; no exclusive rights in those elements are claimed.
Third-party recommendations, extracts, illustrations, photos, fonts and documents remain subject to their owners’ rights, credits and licences. A link or hosted file does not imply authorship by Aïda Hamzi or unrestricted reuse. Website terms do not replace third-party conditions. [TO COMPLETE: credits and permission register for each third-party item before distribution].
Licences for PDFs and other materials
For works owned by Aïda Hamzi, Article 9 of the terms of sale governs free and paid PDFs. Free PDFs may be kept and printed for personal or teaching use, including your own teaching activity, with credits preserved. No resale, modification, file redistribution or republication without permission, subject to statutory exceptions.
Paid PDFs may be kept, printed for your needs and used in your own practice. Only printed sheets intended for a session may be handed individually to patients under the terms of sale; no digital manual sharing or implied collective licence. Download limits do not restrict statutory guarantees.
For infographics and materials other than PDFs, these terms grant no additional reproduction, adaptation or distribution licence. Sharing the source-page link is permitted. Request permission for uses beyond expressly stated licences; statutory exceptions remain applicable. No Creative Commons licence is assumed.
Availability, liability and sales
Content may be corrected and browsing interrupted for maintenance or incidents; existing sales obligations remain. External links lead to services with their own terms. No clinical outcome or uninterrupted availability is promised.
These terms do not exclude liability for intentional fault, harm to life or physical integrity, or mandatory rights. They do not replace the terms of sale: price, order, delivery, withdrawal, conformity and refunds are governed by the accepted sale terms and law. Future page changes do not retroactively alter your contract. Belgian law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable jurisdiction rules.
